This is the progress I've made on my first project so far. It's actually almost done. I fixed the lightning effects, added more detail to the rocks and generally polished it up in most places. I also extended the light area of the fog up to the top left corner of the frame to keep it from becoming a dead spot in the composition.
Looks great Ryan! thanks for posting the progress with it. The lightning and background fog do look better. Now I am just wondering about the feet. He doesn't really look grounded. Is it a shadow issue? Or maybe it is the huge color difference, near complements of feet and rock right next to each other that make them float a little. Perhaps making the feet darker, closer to the purple in hue?
